Scheduled appointment times are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
A credit card is required to hold appointments at fresh by CK. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, unfortunately we will not be able to hold your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours before your appointment time, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. Last minute and No-shows will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
If you arrive sick to the appointment or if there are visible signs of skin redness, infections, discharge any other disease, etc., we will be unable to provide service to avoid contamination and the card on file will be charged for the service.
We recognize your time and ours is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons we ask that you honor the time we've set aside for you and give us notice if you are not going to make your appointment.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card so please have your credit card ready when booking. Your credit card number is used only to reserve the appointment. You are not pre-paying for your service. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and will be charged for a missed appointment. Out of respect and consideration for our time and other customers, please do your best to be on time.
Refunds and Returns
No refunds, returns or exchanges are given for products or services rendered.

Fresh by CK Gift Cards are perfect for anyone on any occasion. Our gift cards can be used towards any salon service and for purchase of any products. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. You can purchase gift cards at our salon location or online. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash, used with other promotional offers or used to purchase another gift card. Fresh by CK is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else. Gift cards are available in the salon and online.
Reactions and Sensitivities
A reaction to products used during your lash or tanning service, although at very low-risk, are a possibility you should be aware of when getting your lashes or spray tan. Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is unfortunately otherwise not foreseeable.
Lashes: No refunds will be issued for reactions, however a complimentary lash removal is available for all full sets applied if such circumstance were to occur. Please be sure to let us know at your earliest convenience if you become aware of any type of reaction.
Tanning: We always strive to deliver the best results possible, but due to the nature of the skin, different skin types and skin conditions, results cannot be guaranteed. All sales are final.
